Property easily accommodates up to 4 couples plus children, sleeping 14-16 guests in standard beds, and a few more with air mattresses. We offer a game room, large concrete 2-slip dock with swim ladders, kayak, paddle boat and bar/refreshment area. Dream yard with firepit, patio, and a martini deck over the water. Sunrise to sunset views. Situated at the end of a point -- privacy with no neighbors to your right or left to disturb you. Your family will LOVE this 5 bdrm, 4 bath, 3000 Sq Ft piece of paradise on the lake. Home sleeps up to 4 couples plus children, sleeping 12-14 guests in standard beds, and a few more with air mattresses. Waterfront property has a large concrete 2-slip dock with swim ladders, paddle boat and bar/refreshment area. Property is situated at the end of a point, no neighbors watching everything you do. Dream yard w firepit, patio & martini deck has sunrise to sunset view. Parking for 5 vehicles.

The space

You will find 2 onsuite master bedrooms with King beds, one on each level of the home. The 2nd floor master is vaulted, with a large spa like bathroom .... see pics. The main floor master suite has HANDICAP accessibility with roll-thru 36 inch wide doorways and a 0-threshold tiled handicap roll-in shower. A handicap shower chair is available on request if needed. The other 3 bedrooms are king bed, queen bed and 2 sets of bunk beds. The bunk beds are perfect for sleeping 4-6 kids (depending on the age). Every bedroom in the house connects to a bathroom and has a television. Plenty of room for additional air mattresses and the handicap master has a futon sleeper sofa, if needed. The great room dining hall and kitchen has a 9 ft table that seats 10-12. Additional seating at kitchen counter and sunroom table w stools. Sunroom/TV room has power reclining sofas, rocking chairs, puzzle table and stools, with plenty of room for games and fun. A 3 season game room w ping pong, video games, table and chairs will keep the kids busy when not in the water. The level grassy yard is perfect for throwing bags, and playing w kids. The dock has a nice bar seating area, swim ladder, paddle boat, and kayaks which make for great fun in our small cove!

Guest access

You have full access to the entire property including 165 ft of waterfront at the end of a point overlooking the main channel. The great outdoor living space includes premium seating, tables, tiki torches, and grill. You will enjoy great evenings at the water's edge. Watch the moon reflection cross the lake at night while you sit on the martini deck with a drink or by firepit making smores. You may tie up your boat in our 24 ft and 36 ft slip if you wish ... but remember to bring your extra large bumpers for protection of your water craft. Note: we assume no liability for your water craft because we are on the main channel and large waves are common.

Other details

Front door parking ... sufficient for 5 vehicles .... or 4 vehicles plus a boat trailer. Please try to minimize your vehicles to no more than 5, out of respect for the neighbors. Overflow parking may be arranged by special request PRIOR TO ARRIVAL ... but cannot be guaranteed.

Interaction with guests

Your property managers live 2 miles away and their mobile # is provided at check in. They like to say hello for just a few minutes at check in to point out key property features to maximize your use of the facilities.

We brought the family down for an extended weekend vacation here and the experience was nothing short of amazing! Very clean, well updated home with some of the best views on the lake! Stuff for the whole family to enjoy here. Close to everything you’d want to do down here in the Ozarks! Hosts are great people and we will 100% be booking again! 10 stars!

Can’t say enough good things about this place!! House was plenty big, we had a group of 10 and everyone had their own space.. Lots of board games, ping pong and informational packets.. Outside was amazing!! We spent countless hours on The deck and dock jet skiing kayaking and fishing!! Had an extra slip to park our boat and a lift for the jetski! Sun rise and sunset were both breathtaking. Overall 10/10 .... I highly recommend !!

Thomas was awesome! Very responsive for whatever we needed. Tons of amenities just as the description stated. Thomas made sure everything was no less than perfect. Multiple propane bottles on hand for the fire pit and wood for the bonfire pit. The inside had everything one could need and was labeled clearly. Parking for 6 big vehicles. Would definitely stay again.

Everyone, this is the place to be. This listing has everything you could want or need and Tom is an extremely thoughtful host. We had a group of 9 and we were all very comfortable and our 3 couples had their own space and bathroom with no problems at all. The house feels like a vacation anywhere you are in it. From the fire pit, the deck on the water or the dock you feel like you’re enjoying the lake in every way you can, morning, afternoon and night. The dock has floaties, drink coozie’s, chairs, a refrigerator and even a paddle boat. We enjoyed everything that Tom made available to us. He even stopped by to drop extra propane tanks off for the grill. The home is extremely cozy, you can tell Tom and his family spent a lot of time and effort making this spot the gem that it is. I can’t wait to come back, I only hope that it’s still available for rent when I return.

Great place for getaway at the lake. Near Bagnell dam. Accommodated our group so well and was the perfect amount of space. The backyard was the best part! Would stay here again!

KEY NOTE: This property is intended SOLELY for the purpose of family fun in groups of 3-4 couples plus children. This property is NOT the place for hard-party groups, Bachelor/Bachelorette parties, keg parties, and beer pong weekends. We live in an HOA neighborhood with rules to protect our elderly neighbors. The subdivision has quiet hours after 11 pm, and 5-car parking limits, etc. Serious violation of any house rules will result in immediate vacating of premises, and loss of privileges without refund. We hope you understand that the rules are not arduous, and are necessary for the safety of our guests and care of our neighbors. The home has 5 bedrooms and 8 beds sleeping up to 15-16 guests comfortably, and several air mattresses if you need more (with host approval). This is a non-smoking residence. We ONLY allow smoking and vaping in the patio and firepit areas... this is FIRM. Nothing in the house or on the decks or dock area. Any cigarette butts found discarded on the grounds will be an additional $500 cleaning fee. This is a very serious issue that greatly affects the joy and quality of our guest experience. ALL coolers and ice chests MUST remain outside on the decks or patios. No ice chests or coolers are allowed inside the home, for any reason. Coolers and ice chests are the #1 cause of floor damage and water damage in the home. We provide deep freezers and refrigerators for your use in the house, game room and at the dock. For infants, we are 100% ok with pack-and-plays with blankets underneath them. We have many extra blankets here for your use. 2 small steps to front porch and entry door, then 15 steps down the main staircase in the entry foyer. OR .... there is a handicap chair ramp at the right of the front entrance. Functional for wheelchairs with persons assisting... Not 100% ADA compliant but very functional and easy use to access.

Big boats run on the lake starting around 8 am each day.
